As the season starts to change (or certainly feels like it is in Queenstown) I reflect on a busy first half of the year.
Some of you will have received a letter in regard to CPD compliance for 2023. I am advised a good majority of members have rectified these issues, whether that be inputting your CPD into the diary, catching up on a couple of points, or completing the ethics/standards modules. Thank you for your efforts.
Please note a full CPD audit will be undertaken every year, so do make sure you are adhering to the CPD policy. Thank you to Rochelle in the national support team for managing this process.
The marketing sub-committee is moving forward with a re-brand of the Institute, this has been a large piece of work looking at who we are, what we deliver, and how we are perceived by our members and external stakeholders.
Looking forward, I am excited to be presenting at the Valgroup conference in New Plymouth in September. They are opening a portion of this to those who are not members of Valgroup, the programme can be viewed HERE.
Another highlight in the calendar is the National Property Ball and New Zealand Property Professional Awards in October and I hope to see you there.
