    Commercial valuation and arbitration specialist. Member of the Arbitration Panel of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of NZ. Phillip has a strong interest in valuer education. A trustee of the Valuers Education and Integrity Foundation since inception. Member of the Valuers Registration Board since 2007.

  • Mr Evan Gamby

    Evan, who a life fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and Property Institute New Zealand, is Deputy Chairman of the Valuers Registration Board. He holds a Master of Property Studies with Distinction from Lincoln University and a Diploma in Urban Valuation from Auckland University. Evan, who is in private practice as a registered valuer, is also a former adjunct Professor of Property at Massey University Albany Campus. He has presented at seminars and conferences over many years. His work includes providing expert valuation evidence at arbitrations and before the High Court on the valuation effects of leaky building impacts and on land value compensation.

  • Mr Reid Quinlan

    Reid Quinlan is a Director of Seagars. He graduated from Auckland University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Property Administration degree and Diploma in Business (Finance). Reid is a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Valuers and a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand. He has 25 years’ experience valuing commercial property from small strata title assets to new prime office towers and major land portfolios. General work includes valuations to advise on market price, bank finance, due diligence, rental disputes, compensation etc.
