Join us for the second webinar of our dispute resolution series. Hear from John Larmer Past President of both NZIV and Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of NZ and Nicky Hall, Special Counsel- Simpson Grierson as they co-present on Mediation.

John holds 50 years experience as a rural expert in valuation, consultancy and dispute resolution. John is also a Life Member of NZIV and PINZ and a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Primary Industry Management.

Nicky has more than 25 years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She acts on a wide range of commercial disputes and is a specialist in property litigation, Public Works Act claims and rent reviews. Nicky regularly acts for participants in mediation. She has recently been acting for City Rail Link Limited in mediations to settle compensation for below ground acquisitions for the City Rail Link project.
