Conference 2022:
More top speakers confirmed

With less than a week before the start of the online National Property Conference the already strong line-up of speakers has been given a further boost with more top presenters joining the programme.

The latest signings include the CTU's Economist and Director of Policy, Craig Renney and Naylor Love Chief Executive Officer, Rick Herd.

Craig Renney will tackle the hot topic of the NZ Workforce – Grow, Skill and Retain, while Rick Herd will offer his opinions from a Construction Industry Perspective, focusing on supply chain issues and mental health in the sector.

Craig joined the CTU in 2020 as Economist and Director of Policy and was previously Senior Ministerial Advisor to Hon. Grant Robertson. Craig has also worked for the Reserve Bank, Treasury, and spent 10 years working in economic research in the UK.

Under Rick Herd’s tenure over the past 10 years, Naylor Love has risen to be the largest privately owned construction company in the country. Rick has an inherent passion for the construction industry and is determined to facilitate a lift in standards.

The pair join other new signings including Housing Minister Hon. Megan Woods, a speaker from the Reserve Bank, and the General Manager of Kiwibank Home Lending Nicole Pervan.

The programme - which also includes top economists Cameron Bagrie and Paul Bloxham, Oppostion Leader Christopher Luxon, as well as national and international experts - has now been finalised, and we will be taking registrations right up to the day of the event.
