NZIV Member Update #10 - Valuer Guidance

The New Zealand Institute of Valuers Council has the following guidance for members :
1. Residential Valuation Standing Instructions – Addendum 1.0
The Residential Valuation Forum (RVF) recently issued an addendum to the RVSI version 1.3 (CLICK HERE). This covers instructions from certain banks while the COVID-19 Alert System is operating. The New Zealand Institute of Valuers Council has issued an FAQ style guidance document for members on the Addendum. (CLICK HERE)
2. Guidance For Valuers During COVID-19
In addition, the New Zealand Institute of Valuers Council and Standards Board have also updated their FAQ for all members during the COVID-19 Alert System period. (CLICK HERE)
