    James is the Engagement Lead at LINZ, responsible for the major Landonline and property system external engagements including the programme to modernise Landonline. James is a land administration professional long involved in electronic land registration and associated services. During 2013 to 2015 James led the business case approval processes to future-proof the delivery of New Zealand's Land Title and Cadastral Survey system. Whilst a land lawyer by training he takes an interest in all aspects of the property system, including cadastral, property data, and council land development processes.

  • Charmaine Henwood

    • Senior Solution Delivery Specialist

    Charmaine has been working with Landonline in a number of different roles for 14 years. Prior to working for LINZ, Charmaine worked as a Legal Search Agent, providing Title Searches to various other businesses who did not have Landonline accounts. She then moved to LINZ and worked as a Property Rights Analyst, processing land title transactions, before moving onto the Modernising Landonline programme in late 2019 as a Subject Matter Expert in Search. Charmaine was part of the key build phase with Search prior to its major release in 2020, transitioning over to support the Dealings application from late 2020.

    Charmaine now works as the Product Owner for the External Dealings application, which involves working with members of the property law industry in various ways to understand how the application is used and what improvements should be made, amongst many other things!
