  • Peter Ward

    Peter has over 50 + years’ experience in commercial, industrial, residential valuations, agency, and consultancy. He has completed valuations for a wide range of purposes including feasibility studies for major office developments, major portfolio reviews, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals and lending. Peter has completed over 400 property transactions for clients including leases, sales, and purchases. Transactions range from small leases to leases and sales of large multi-storey offices properties and major industrial complexes. He has also completed consultancy projects for territorial authorities including Public Works Act acquisitions.

    Peter has worked in the insurance and risk management sector in Wellington for the past 15 years. He is a born and bred, passionate Wellingtonian. Peter began his insurance career in 2007, joining Crombie Lockwood to manage the Wellington Broking operation, he is now the Senior Business Development Manager. Peter provides leadership focussed on growth, financial performance and operational excellence. He is passionate about people development and leads with passion, integrity and excellence as high priorities.

  • Richard Moon

    Richard Moon has worked as a lawyer for over 25 years. Richard regularly advises professional services firms and professional bodies in relation to all aspects of their business. He has considerable general litigation experience and particular expertise in the conduct of disciplinary cases.

    Richards recent roles included acting for the New Zealand Institute of Valuers in proceedings concerning the interpretation of the Valuers Act 1948.

  • Martin Veale

    Martin specialises within the Commercial and Industrial valuation and property advisory sectors in the Greater Wellington region where he has worked since 1986. He has experience as an expert witness, as an arbitrator and mediator. He specialises in the Central Business District valuation and consultancy together with commercial and industrial valuation and rental work throughout the Wellington region. Martin was appointed to the New Zealand Institute of Valuers Professional Conduct Committee in 2019.

    Property and Valuation Standards Board Member

    Jason is a Senior Commercial and Industrial Valuer. He is a member of the Property and Valuation Standards Board and is a former NZIV Councillor, NZIV and PINZ Auckland branch chairman. He also sits on the PINZ and PCNZ Guide for the Measurement of Rentable Areas review committee.

    Jason works in the Auckland industrial and commercial market including undertaking valuations for various purposes including mortgage lending, financial reporting, rent reviews, insurance, and land value apportionments for depreciation purposes. His focus is on industrial and commercial valuations within the greater Auckland region.

    Chris specialises in valuation/advisory for CBD commercial & industrial property. In addition Chris is also involved in the valuation of a number of specialised properties including Health Facilities and Airports. He has been a member of the Land Valuation Tribunal, a Past President of the Property Institute, Past Chair of the PINZ Property and Valuation Standards Board and past Vice Chairman of the International Valuation Standards Board. Chris is a current member of the PINZ Property and Valuation Standards Board.
