The Auckland Branch would like to welcome you to join them at their half day event where there will be a broad discussion on what RENT represents including a look into both residential and commercial situations from guest speakers Wayne Brown Property Investor & Chloe Swarbrick Green Party MP for Auckland Central.

Guest speaker Leonie Freeman / CEO The Property Council NZ will speak on Build to Rent and provide insight into the development, financing, and financial modelling requirements.
