Final Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting of

The Property Institute of New Zealand

Final notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Property Institute of New Zealand will be held via Zoom on Thursday 9 June 2022 at 3.00 pm.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, we encourage you to complete the proxy form to ensure that your vote is counted.

The nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting will be:

1. Welcome

2. Apologies

3. Minutes of previous meeting

4. President’s Report

5. Receive and adopt the Annual Report

6. Receive and adopt the audited financial statements for the 2021 financial year

7. Announce the Life Member advancement

8. Announce the appointment of any Fellows

9. Announce appointment of Board Members

10. Appointment of Auditors

11. Consider any resolution of which proper notice has been given

12. General Business

13. Life Membership Panel Chair

Closure of Meeting

Non-voting members (students, affiliates, members who have been suspended by the Board, or non-financial members) are not entitled to vote at the AGM.

Proxy forms must be with the Property Institute no later than 3.00 pm, 3 June 2022.
