    Chair of The Property & Valuations Standards Board

    Blue is the Property and Valuation Standards Board Chair and Registered Valuer with over 40 year’s experience throughout New Zealand specialising in Rural, Horticultural, Forestry and Maori land issues. Blues areas of expertise include Compensation valuations, Lessee and lessor interest valuations, rent reviews, litigation preparation and Treaty of Waitangi claims. Blue has been an arbitrator for a number of private arbitrations.

  • Peter Ward

    Peter has over 50 + years’ experience in commercial, industrial, residential valuations, agency, and consultancy. He has completed valuations for a wide range of purposes including feasibility studies for major office developments, major portfolio reviews, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals and lending. Peter has completed over 400 property transactions for clients including leases, sales, and purchases. Transactions range from small leases to leases and sales of large multi-storey offices properties and major industrial complexes. He has also completed consultancy projects for territorial authorities including Public Works Act acquisitions.
