    Natasha is a passionate advocate in the advancement of the BTR sector in New Zealand. Natasha’s property career started as a retail valuer in Auckland, which placed her in good stead when she moved to London and commenced a valuations and advisory specialisation in the then nascent BTR market. BTR as a sector is well established in the US, and the concept in becoming more widely adopted globally including the UK, and more recently in Australia and New Zealand. The UK experience is a particularly useful reference as BTR in this market has undergone a very significant expansion from a low base 8 years ago to it being one of the most dynamic areas of the property market in the past 24 months – Natasha’s experience in the UK was timed during this fundamental market shift. Natasha is now the Director of Structured Transactions & Advisory Services at CBRE NZ, where her focus is on establishing a BTR valuation and strategic advisory capability.

    Steph is a Certified Practicing Valuer and Associate Member of the Australia Property Institute. Steph is the lead Valuer of CBRE’s Residential Living Sector’s Valuation team, and industry specialist in Affordable Housing and the accelerating Build-to-Rent and Co-Living sectors. Steph has over 14 years’ experience in Valuations across multiple asset classes, and is based in Melbourne.
