About the Event

The Tenancy Services Compliance and Investigations Team monitor and enforce compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (the Act).

All Landlords and Property Managers need to make sure that they comply with their obligations under the Act.

Hear from Raymond Suen, Francisco Maiava, and Steve Watson from Tenancy Services as they host this educational webinar regarding tenancy compliance.

They will explain the role of Tenancy Services and how it supports Landlords and Property Managers along with the resources available for them from Tenancy Services.

The team will speak about the importance of compliance and what steps you need to take to ensure you are adhering to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and what would happen if you were non-compliant.

You will be provided with some top tips on preparing for a compliance audit by Tenancy Services and what would be involved in such an audit.

There will be questions and answer time at the end of the webinar. All questions must be submitted prior to the live webinar date to c.flannigan@property.org.nz
