Nick is a partner in the Simpson Grierson commercial property group.
He specialises in commercial property, infrastructure, and local government law. Nick has particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, property due diligence, subdivision and development, utility arrangements, Overseas Investment Act applications, and Public Works Act acquisitions and compensation. Nick regularly advises commercial clients on the acquisition, disposal, development, and leasing of land; and local government and public entity clients on roading and infrastructure projects and other Public Works Act matters.

Edward Warren is a Senior Associate of Simpson Grierson based at the Wellington Office.
An experienced transactional lawyer, Edward has deep expertise advising a broad range of market participants on the financing and commercial aspects of projects in the transportation, infrastructure, and defence sectors, including PPP transactions. He also has broad experience advising clients on a variety of commercial matters, including asset and loan receivable sales, procurement, leasing, services agreements, and manufacture and supply arrangements.
