Avella Collopy Background:
Regional Director for Opteon New Zealand’s Government Services business. My role includes the management of several contracts for Territorial Authorities (TA) across the North Island. Opteon’s primary role in this space is as the Valuation Service Provider (VSP) which provides rating valuations to TA’s to assist with their future planning schemes, forecasting, budgets, and other community initiatives.

Chloe Woollard Background:

Chloe is the Valuations Manager at Auckland Council and a Valuer. Chloe’s role includes managing contracts and performance of Valuation Service Providers (VSPs), managing day-to-day work of Council valuers, and managing contracts and supply of Property and Sales data for the Auckland region. Valuations are a core business for Auckland Council with nearly 600,000 properties in the region that generate more than $2 billion annually in rates revenue.

Paul McCorry Background:

Paul is the Area Manager for Quotable Value covering the Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wellington, and Nelson/Tasman regions. Originally from Ireland, Paul joined QV in 2013 and has held a number of roles both in the commercial and residential space including a period in commercial private practice. He is the key relationship manager for over 20 Territorial Authorities (TA) throughout New Zealand and has led major valuation projects including the rating revaluation of our capital city.
