Speaker Background: Graham is a Director at JLL with 30 years experience in plant & machinery valuation. He has strong professional skills in valuations/consulting for Tax Depreciation, Litigation, Financial Reporting/Accounting, Transactions, and Insurance. Graham has contributed to the profession with many years’ service on the PINZ Valuations and Standards Board, Fellowship Committee, Auckland Branch Committee, Infrastructure, Plant and Machinery Committee, and Education Committee. He guest lectured at Auckland University's Prop-312 Plant and Machinery Valuation course for many years and ran the entire course from 2009 - 2013. Graham has developed a lot of expertise in valuations for tax depreciation or depreciation recovery with the help of former colleagues at Ernst & Young and still specialises in this area. He has presented on many topics at PINZ conferences and CPD events.

    Graham has over 27 years Plant and Machinery valuation experience, including 14 at EY. Now a Director at JLL, Auckland, Graham specialises in property cost allocations and tax depreciation/ depreciation recovery, insurance and finance valuations and litigation support. He has a property degree from Auckland University (1990), is a PINZ registered plant and machinery valuer and also a Member of RICS. Graham is past chair and memberof the PINZ Plant & Machinery Valuers Council, served as a PINZ Board member from 2008-2011 and served on the PINZ Valuation & Standards Board and the Auckland Branch Committee from 2003-2016.He has been on theFellowship Sub-Committee since 2006. He ran the Property 312 Plant & Machinery Valuation Paper for the University of Auckland from 2009 to 2011 and guest-lectured on the course for about a decade prior to that.
