Neill Sullivan Background: Neill Sullivan Valuer-General is responsible for setting and monitoring standards to ensure a consistent and equitable property rating valuation system.

Callum Taylor Background: Callum has been working as a Valuer since 1997 and registered in 2001. He moved to South Canterbury in 2003 after a period in the North Island. Callum took up a position in Christchurch in July 2010 but in September 2011 was appointed to the Office of the Valuer-General in Wellington. Callum is the past Branch Chairman of Mid/South Canterbury Branch PINZ and is the current Chair of the Wellington Branch of PINZ.
