About the Event

Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Plant and Machinery Valuers Institute will be held in the Great Room 4, Cordis Hotel, Auckland on Thursday 15 July 2021 at 1.30 pm.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, we encourage you to complete the attached proxy form to ensure that your vote is counted.

The nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting will be:

  1. Apologies

  2. Minutes of previous meeting

  3. Announce appointment of Council members

  4. Consideration of any resolution of which proper notice has been given

  5. General Business

Closure of meeting

Any member wishing any business to be discussed or any resolution to be considered at an annual general meeting shall give notice in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the Property Institute of NZ of such business or such resolution not less than twenty (20) Business Days prior to the date of the annual general meeting. Members wishing to submit any resolution may do so until 1.00 pm, 15 June 2021.
