Change of Agenda Without Notification:
We are committed to providing a relevant and educational agenda. Please note that in these times of challenge and change, acceptance that the agenda is subject to change without notification is a condition of registration.
Where a participant is unable to attend the conference, a substitute person can attend at no additional cost. Alternatively, a full refund will be given up to 5 working days prior to the conference. A half refund will be given for cancellation received between 5 days and up to 24 hours prior to the conference. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Institute reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the conference. In the event of Institute cancellation, a full refund will be given.
