John Darroch - Director, North Harbour Valuers| FPINZ, FNZIV, MRICS

John took over as Managing Director of North Harbour Valuers in February 2017. He specializes in the commercial and industrial markets working around greater Auckland and is also active in rental disputes, litigation and compensation work. John brings 30 years experience in the valuation profession and has also been Valuation Director for two large New Zealand corporates. John also is a member and past Chair of the Valuation and Property Standards Board.

John's vision for the business is to re-establish the family brand on the North Shore and eventually wider Auckland.

Chris Boyd - Executive Director | Rural Valuation, Colliers International | FPINZ, FNZIV

Chris has 36 years valuation and consultancy experience across a wide variety of property related matters predominantly in the rural sector. He is involved in a number of practice areas including infrastructure, forestry, kiwifruit, dairy, and pastoral. In recent times Chris has had a particular focus on compensation in the energy and infrastructure sectors and with corporate agribusiness assets.

Chris originally started this valuation career with the Valuation Department and subsequently held positions within Valuation New Zealand, Quotable Value, Crighton Anderson and is currently an owner and Executive Director of Crighton Anderson trading as Colliers International based in Tauranga.

Victoria Murdoch - Director, Telfer Young | SPINZ, ANZIV

Victoria has considerable experience valuing in Canterbury, undertaking a variety of urban property work. Her main areas of expertise are local government, and telecommunication facilities, which was gained through her previous employment with Christchurch City Council. In addition to this Victoria has expertise in sub-divisions, feasibility studies, commercial and industrial valuation, and all classes of residential property.

Victoria is an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and was appointed to the Valuers Registration Board in 2017.
