Webinar 5 – Summary & Conclusions: Valuation principles & procedures

This final presentation and discussion will be led by Dr Gary Garner, and will explain and build upon information contained in the VEIF publication on the Value of fresh water rights in New Zealand located here. Matters covered will include a brief reporting of topics not already covered, as well as a practical guide as to the adoption of valuation principles and the use of appropriate qualifications and disclaimers by valuers when reporting. There will also be an opportunity to briefly review those matters unearthed by the webinar series that require further exploration and resolution.
