Module Benefits
One of the characteristics that distinguish PROMINZ members is their commitment to professional ethics. Members of PINZ are subject to the PINZ Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct. Members of PROMINZ are subject to the Code of Ethics outlined within the PINZ bylaws.
Course Module
The Ethics module is split into three parts and covers fifteen topics and a number of case studies relevant to residential property managers.
Completion of the course is measured by a series of questions which will need to be completed to a high standard before the CPD points are credited.
