Learning Objectives

  • To be able to develop a property marketing strategy.
  • To determine the best method for the sale of a property.
  • To appoint a real estate agent and understand the key elements of the agency agreement.
  • To be able to prepare a property information memorandum.
  • To be able to undertake a due diligence investigation on a property.
  • To understand the key provisions of the Real Estate Agents Act and the Fair Trading Act as they relate to the sale or interest in a property.

Completion of the course is measured via a series of questions which will need to be completed to a high standard before the CPD points are credited.
