About the Event
Register now to attend the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
Our organisation would not exist without the support, effort and enthusiasm of our Branches. Our fundamental philosophy is that a membership organisation thrives based on the success and participation of its members. Part of my role is to understand what that means to you and to drive the processes, priorities and activities - to nurture, shape and support our branches and membership.
Part of that outreach begins with the branch Annual General Meetings. As CEO, I'm planning to attend each and every one and our PINZ President Luke van den Broek and NZIV President Jeff Alexander will be attending as many as their schedules will allow.
My approach is very much to listen and understand and, of course, to talk a little about the priorities we see for 2020. I want to listen and hear your needs, get to know you all well and most importantly understand what we can do to help you be the best you can be. I will be talking about my 2020 priorities at the AGM’s with the flavour absolutely being around support for our branches, value for our membership and ensuring that both branches and our membership know that we see you as the lifeblood of the organisation and are our number one priority.

- If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to cast a vote, please complete a proxy form and send it to your Branch Chair at least two days before the meeting.
- If you wish to bring a motion or business before the AGM that is not an agenda item, please give notice in writing at least 20 days before the day of the AGM.
