About the Event
If you are unable to attend the AGM, we encourage you to complete the proxy form on the page below and email or post this to the Property Institute National Office to ensure that your vote is counted. Proxies must be with the Institute no later than 4.00pm on Monday 17th June 2019.

Closure of Meeting
All members are invited by the President of the Property Institute to attend the Institute’s AGM starting at
4.30pm on the same day and venue.
Members wishing to submit any remits or motions may do so until 4.00pm on 21 May 2019.
No member is entitled to be present or to vote on any question either personally or by proxy or as a proxy for another member if their subscription is overdue for two months.
Minutes of last year’s AGM are attached below. For those members requiring a hard copy, copies will be made available at the meeting or please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a copy.
