Valuation Risk and Compliance Management
Senior member of PINZ and an Associate of the NZIV
Bruce is the principal lead in Valuation Risk and Compliance Strategy for CoreLogic, New Zealand’s largest Property Data and Analytics Company. Bruce’s remit includes oversight of Risk Management processes in Residential Valuation and compliance with valuation instructions for residential property valuations for New Zealand banks.
