Neill Sullivan is the Valuer-General, located in the Wellington office of Land Information New Zealand. He has been a registered valuer since 1983 and has worked in a variety of private and government roles in New Zealand and abroad. The Valuer-General is primarily responsible for regulation of the rating valuations system, chairing the Valuers Registration Board and is also member of the NZIV Council in accordance with the Valuers Act 1948.

Karen has 25 years experience in the valuation and property industry. She is a Fellow of PINZ and an Associate of NZIV , a past Deputy Chair of the Auckland Branch and past recipient of the NZIV New Zealand Young Valuer of the Year Award. She is also a past Chair of the Property Institute's Accreditation and Risk Management Committee. Karen stepped out of valuation in 2012 and joined Auckland Council Property Ltd, initially working in Acquisitions and Disposals. Karen then moved into a project management role being involved with the Tamaki Regeneration Area for Panuku Development. She now works for Tauranga City Council as a Senior Strategic Advisor.
