Based in Blenheim, New Zealand. I am a Registered Public Valuer holding an Annual Practising Certificate, a Fellow member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, a Registered Plant and Machinery Valuer, a Property Consultant holding Fellow membership of the Property Institute of New Zealand and a qualified Arbitrator and Mediator, an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. - My qualifications include a Diploma in Agriculture and a Diploma in Valuation and Farm Management obtained at Lincoln University. I am the Managing Director and principal of the valuation practice of Alexander Hayward Ltd and have been the principal of my own private valuation practice employed continuously in Marlborough since 1982. I was appointed a Director of Valuation and Property Group Ltd in August 2000, Board Chair 2011.
