The Commercial Property Managers Institute (COMPRO) is a specialised community of professionals operating within the PINZ framework.
Serving members since 2008, the Commercial Property Managers Institute is committed to providing continued development of its members and forming professional pathways to guide our members through to registration.
Commercial Property Managers work closely with their clients. They use their knowledge and training to the benefit of both property owners and tenants to facilitate a smooth working relationship and undertake lease administration, legal and statutory obligations, drafting and management of budgets, insurance, building repairs and maintenance, and management of contractors relating to commercial and industrial property. Other areas of work can include work with iwi, local authorities and body corporates.
