Pedestrian counts are a simple way to measure the volume and direction of pedestrian traffic in the CBD through time and by location. Volumes of pedestrians vary by time of day, week and year; and in different weather conditions.
Pedestrian counts are undertaken by some but not all branches of The Property Institute.
