Steve has over 40 years experience as a Plant & Machinery Valuer and Auctioneer, both in Australasia and Europe, valuing asset in all industrial sectors. Steve has been chair of the Plant and Machinery Valuers Institute since 2017 and holds a board position in PINZ.
Marvin Clough
Council Member
Marvin is a Registered Plant & Machinery Valuer (Awarded Fellow PINZ in 2021) and Principal at Beca leading complex asset valuations for major clients throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Region. With over 20 years’ experience Marvin brings his wealth of knowledge across market valuations, insurance valuations, due diligence, and valuations for financial reporting. He also has experience in the collection, analysis and reporting of property and asset data for the purposes of long term renewal planning. Marvin has presented as various conferences and lectured in Plant & Machinery Valuation at the University of Auckland. Marvin is focused on helping clients make their assets work better for them.
David Baxter

Fellow of The Property Institute of New Zealand and experienced in most fields of Plant & Machinery Valuation plus Landlord's Fixed Assets Valuations and General Chattel Valuations. David has been a member of the IPM/PMVI Council since 2014 and has until recently; been the IPM/PMVI representative on the Standards Board.

Brett Williams
Council Member
Brett Williams is a Registered Plant & Machinery Valuer covering a wide spectrum of businesses from cafes, restuarants, supermarkets and food processing to joinery, engineering, sawmills and other manufacturing plant throughout New Zealand.
Andrew Liew
Council Member
Andrew graduated from Lincoln University with a B.com in Valuations and Property management. He is a Senior Valuer and Registered Plant & Machinery valuer at Beca Ltd. Andrew performs valuations for clients ranging from infrastructure to industrial sectors across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Region. Prior to becoming a plant and machinery valuer, Andrew has worked in various roles including property sales and facilities management. Andrew is an alumni of the PINZ young leaders program and currently serves in the PMVI as the education council. He co-ordinates study groups for members pursuing registration and has presented at various events on plant and machinery valuation.
