Plant and Machinery Valuer Institute (PMVI) members maintain world-class standards, with ongoing education that is second to none and which sets them and their businesses apart from others operating in similar fields. 

Joining the Property Institute through the PMVI community demonstrates that you have had sufficient experience in plant and machinery valuation and have achieved the standards set by the PMVI Council.

Membership Advancement 

There are different membership levels on the Plant and Machinery Valuers membership pathway. 
Members must meet a combination of relevant work experience, continuing professional development, examinations and have sample valuations reviewed in order to achieve advancements through the Institute.
